Leakage inspection service

For prevention and symptomatic maintenance. We contribute to securing limited water resources with reliable technology.

Our company conducts leak investigations on public roads and within properties, as well as safety inspections of main pipelines. In public road investigations, we detect latent leaks underground before they develop, preventing the loss of water resources and secondary damage caused by leaks. For main pipeline safety inspections, we perform checks using monitoring-type leak detection equipment and large-diameter long-distance correlation investigation equipment. 【Roles Considered from Three Perspectives】 ■Preventive and Symptomatic Maintenance - Securing water resources / Normalizing facilities ■Preventive Maintenance - Safety inspections / Maintaining water quality ■Symptomatic Maintenance - Emergency response / Disaster support *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Tunnel Leakage Inspection Service

Record the location, extent, and condition of water leakage in the tunnel lining, and prepare the basis for repair decisions and maintenance management plans.

Water leakage in tunnels leads to a combination of risks such as accelerated deterioration of the lining concrete, corrosion of rebar, freezing of the road surface, and erosion of backfill soil. Understanding "where and to what extent the leakage is occurring" is essential for determining the need for repairs and selecting appropriate methods. This service will record the location and extent of the leakage through visual inspection and photography, and evaluate the amount and condition of the leakage (such as seepage, dripping, or outflow). By documenting this in a deformation development diagram and preparing a report, we provide materials that can be used for planning repair strategies and for administrative reporting.
